The terms that govern access to RealCrown, including account use, content rules, moderation, Crowns, and service availability.
Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
These Terms of Service apply to the RealCrown website, mobile app, and related platform features operated by REALCROWNNET PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using RealCrown, you agree to comply with these terms, applicable laws, and community standards.
- You must use RealCrown lawfully and only for legitimate personal or community participation.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is permitted where you live.
- If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
User Accounts and User Content
You are responsible for the information, media, and activity associated with your account. Login credentials and recovery methods should be kept secure. You should not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or use someone else's account without authorization.
You retain responsibility for content you upload or publish. By posting on RealCrown, you allow the platform to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
Content may be removed or restricted if it violates these terms, platform rules, legal obligations, or safety standards.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use RealCrown to engage in conduct that harms users, the platform, or the public.
- Post illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or exploitative content.
- Share sexual or exploitative content involving minors or any other prohibited safety material.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or stalk another user.
- Upload malware, disrupt services, scrape protected data, or bypass security controls.
- Manipulate engagement, misuse reports, or abuse moderation and chain-pull tools.
- Use the platform for unlawful financial promotion, token sales, or misleading investment claims.
Crowns, Crown Points, and Moderation Workflows
Crowns or Crown Points on RealCrown are intended as platform engagement or recognition points. They are part of the user experience and community interaction system. They are not described as securities, guaranteed money, investment returns, or financial products.
Crown-related values may reflect participation, appreciation, or activity within the platform. They do not create ownership, equity, guaranteed redemption rights, or investment obligations.
RealCrown may include reporting and escalation tools, including chain-pull style moderation flows, to surface content for review. Reported or escalated content may be temporarily limited, reviewed, removed, or restored based on platform decisions.
Important: RealCrown is a social and creative platform. Crown-based activity should be understood as part of community participation, not as a financial promise.
Qualifying cash-prize competitions are separate from Crown Points. Entry is free; actual awards depend on enabled prizes, the applicable period, eligibility and finishing rank. See the competition guide. Eligible Crown Points may be used for Channel Partner promotional discounts or reviewed RC conversion, subject to the current controls. Neither participation nor conversion guarantees income.
Account Suspension, Removal, and Service Availability
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove access to accounts or content where we reasonably believe there has been a violation of platform rules, abuse of moderation systems, unlawful conduct, or risk to other users or the service.
- Enforcement may include visibility limits, post removal, suspension, or account deletion review.
- Some features may change, pause, or become unavailable without prior notice.
- We do not guarantee continuous uptime, uninterrupted access, or permanent availability of every feature.
Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability
RealCrown branding, software, platform design, and related service materials are protected by applicable rights. You may not copy, repackage, or exploit platform assets beyond ordinary use of the service without permission.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RealCrown does not make guarantees about availability, accuracy, uninterrupted performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, RealCrown and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, user-generated content, enforcement decisions, technical outages, or third-party services.
