What is a Channel Partner?
A Channel Partner is a participating business connected to Real Crown’s local-business ecosystem. Partners can offer promotional discounts to eligible users and receive promotional visibility. This is not exclusively a content-boosting programme.
Find participating businesses using the app’s Channel Partner / map information. Availability and offers depend on the participating business; this page does not claim that every shop or location accepts points.
Weekly eligibility and promotional allowance
Currently, 400 eligible Crown Points earned during the week unlock redemption. The configured rate is 10 points per rupee: 500 eligible Crown Points qualify for a ₹50 promotional discount, with a maximum weekly allowance equivalent to 500 Crown Points per user. The company intends to maintain that baseline allowance and may increase promotional limits for special occasions.
The unlock threshold is not the maximum award: 400 points do not qualify for a ₹50 discount. The app’s QR eligibility screen shows the effective available amount and current settings.
The weekly window runs from Monday 00:00 India Standard Time to the next Monday 00:00. Unused weekly allowance resets instead of carrying forward. Your lifetime Crown Point balance is separate from that weekly promotional allowance. Current account eligibility, redemption switches and limits apply.
Redeem with the QR flow
- Find a participating Channel Partner and confirm the applicable promotion.
- Check your eligible weekly points and available promotional amount in the app.
- Generate the user redemption QR session when the eligibility screen allows it.
- Let the participating merchant scan the QR and complete the supported redemption flow.
- Check the redemption confirmation and remaining weekly allowance.
A promotional discount reduces an eligible purchase price; it is not a direct cash withdrawal or an RC token transfer. Previously spent or reserved points cannot be used again.
For local businesses
Partners can introduce their business to the community and take part in promotional offers. Use the app’s Channel Partner application flow or contact Real Crown administration to learn about joining. No shop names, locations or unconfirmed merchant terms are promised here.
